How do you teach winterguard members to perform?

How do you teach winterguard members to perform?

I am having performance problems with a winterguard I teach. I need help figuring out how to make them perform better... any help would be greatly appreciated. (games, techniques,ect.)

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Performing such as smiling showing to the judges? Or hitting there throws and check points? Tape them and let them watch themselves and a world class guard. So they can see the diffrence.
