Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: the mommy made me mast my m&m's is a good one, if you dont know what that is, and if they are talking about the same one i am thinking of..

the notes would be (in a c major scale)

mo - mmy - made - me - mash - my - m - & - m's
c ..... d ........ e ........ f........ g ....... f .... e... d .... c

ive also heard it as
g g g f e d c

do that going up one note every time, start at c, then go to c# then d and so on.
also that one is good for Articulation.
