I am moving to a new school, and i was in the guard last year, but not this year (caused i moved) i am moving again, and i wan tto be inthe new guard. what are some basic things i should learn before i try out.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Assuming you have a flag to practice with, I would get a metronome and refresh yourself. Go through all the foot positions, drops spins, and simple tosses. Usually they will teach you a routine at auditions to judge your learning capability.
