Emil Rubenstein piano- Can it be tuned?

Emil Rubenstein piano- Can it be tuned?

My ER piano is about 20 yrs old.

I had a tuner come in to tune it, but he said something about the "innards" of the piano being at the bottom... or I don`t know,but he said it can`t be tuned.

Does anyone know better?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: that means your piano is malfunctioning and cannot be fixed.....u might need a new 1.....good luck tho!
