Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Pull your tongue back as far as it will go. You should feel the floor of your mouth and the underside of your tongue stretch. Now wiggle your jaw left and right. For some reason, this seems to get your salivary glands going. Now relax your tongue and flex all the muscles in the floor of your mouth, and hopefully you should feel the salivary glands under your tongue squirt.

Once you can do this, all you have to do is position your jaw correctly so that it squirts out your mouth. Happy gleeking.
