How to hit high high head voice?

How to hit high high head voice?

I know this mite not be so appropriate but I found this chiense guy singing in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsu8rbqor...

and apparently at 4:53 he hits this really high i think its called falsetto? Is there anyway to develop how to reach higher? I think I get what is headvoice... is it when u feel the voice in ur head? Like as u sing higher u sorta feel that most of the sound goes into ur head? I can do that but I can't really reach a very high falsetto.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: it is a falsetto and it may come naturally to you. when you sing higher, you may be able to feel the transition. what you have may not necessarily be a falsetto
