Teen Film Interview?

I am 14 years old and taking film classes at the local Arts Center, BAPA or Imagination Stage in Maryland. The "theme" is documentary, and the objective is to pick something we would like to learn morea bout, and create a documentary on it.

My topic is "Middle School: Inside the Books" It is based on what it takes to run a school, and all that stuff. I would like to interview my friends, but what do I ask them?

Do you have any ideas? Thanks!

Oh, I have already interviewed staff, principle, teachers etc. I just want to have this because I want to show different points of views.
