"Rocks With Wings" appears to be one of these titles. It played at several different film festivals, as well as on PBS in the United States and on the BBC in the United Kingdom, but it was never picked up by a distribution company.

However, as DVD production becomes cheaper, more and more titles are being released and this documentary may eventually be one of those titles. Keep you eye on the PBS Store (link listed below)--they'll probably carry it as soon as it's available. Also watch the PBS listings in your area; PBS often reruns many of its older shows and specials, including documentaries, during the summer months and you may be able to record it if they run it again.
