Physically, I mean. Anything I should or should not drink/eat? Any tips on exercises?

keep it simple\
rest your voice as much as poss the days before your performance...but still do some vocal exercises every day (scales.. or vowels.. recite..or run through your set...ONCE.. ..)..but don't tire your voice box...
.and do some deep diaphram breathing...
if you are bothered by a sticky throat... then avoid dairy produce especially milk... for 48 hours before performing... and your vocal chords should feel better..
and don't smoke or drink alcohol... stay away from others who are smoking..
gargle with a dessert spoonful of honey one of dried sage... and one of balsamic vinegar.. put all in a jug and pour in about one third of a litre of boiling water... stir and leave to cool.. then strain the mix through a sieve or tea strainer.. ... you are left with a real good cleansing gargle...... but don't keep this mix in your mouth because its sweet and acidic not good for teeth.. but its your vocal chords your cleaning not your teeth.. so gargle...

on the day of your performance drink water... don't drink ice cold drinks.. room temp is best as your vocal chords are a muscle and you don't want them drying out or seizing up tight because you have chilled them with ice..........
further warm them up before your performance..by running lightly through your songs... don't give them the full whammy.....
.. do a few vocal exercises before you go on stage... and some deep breathing to relax...
see yourself in your minds eye successfully performing... to rapturous applause.. feel your confidence grow...
then go out and give it your BEST...
