WTF are you carping about!? She wasn't!. U!.S!. politics is, who has the money!. Surely you don't think qualifications has anything to do with it do you!? If so the last three Presidents never would have been elected!. Obama, less then one term as a senator,
Bush, Governor of one State!.

Any US Citizen can be considered a Senator to an void or empty seat if appointed by the seating Governor of that State!. Unlike the President, a Senator does not have to be born in the USA!. This would make Kennedy qualified to be a Senator even at a time we have an unconstitutional President who is hiding his real birthplace!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The United Kingdom has the House of Lords where membership and voting are based upon birth, not election, qualifications or experience!. There obviously are some who believe the US Senate should run in the same manner!. Ms Kennedy is alive, lives in New York State and politically connected--that's all it takes but it appears the Governor's choice was a better one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
