Where is the best place to go online and look for a family member that you have no clue their birthdate ?

I am trying to find my bfs MOM that he had at birth He was adopted right from the hosp It was from Cass City, Michigan Id appreciate any help anyone could give me I dont have much info to go on ONLY a name ONE husbands name and his sisters names But I am not sure how to spell the last name for sure

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I'm helping my boyf with his family tree. All he knew was his name, his mom's name, and his paternal grandfather's name, and I was able to find all kinds of stuff on Ancestry.com

Ancestry.com rules! And you can find other people on there who are researching closely related trees that may share branches with your tree, and you can get info from them too.

The other thing you can do is talk to your bf and see who in the family knows the most about the family tree. Email them and see if they know anything. Check public records offices in the town where they were born for clues.
