How can i find my biological brother....?

my brother & i were adopted by differant families when i was 12. i have founf all of his info. SS#, DL#, dob, i even know that he is in the houston, TX area, but i cant find him. i have paid so much $$ trying, but i have had no luck. I know he is alive & he was just released from jail in dec. is there any free sites that i can find out where he works? or maybe address from along time ago. the most recent addresses r no good. i have even pulled his credit report & nothing.

with the specifics you mention, your brother may be flying under the radar, and possibly not working. Not trying to be judgemental, just realistic.
The route I would go is to write a letter to the county probation department, and see if they won't track if he is on probation, and give your letter to his probation officer. Be sure to include enough specific info so they know you are legitimate, ie date of his birth, so forth.
