Here is the genweb site for Los Angeles county... or, did you mean LOUISIANA county records?
Not to be mean, but your question is very vague. Court records is a very broad thing, and records MIGHT be accessible from the early 1900's, or maybe you need current records. You need to be specific, as to what exactly you want to find.
And in general.. Los Angeles county is HUGE. The sheer volume of records makes it less likely to have everything online, compared to small counties in say, Texas.
