Is there a website or book that lists what ethnicity people's surnames are?

I would like to look up a certain surname to see what ethnicity it is and I don't know where to start. For example, the surname "Jensen" is either Swedish or Danish. Can anybody out there please help me out? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
