What nationality is RECTRA? Anybody heared it from their country?

I am living in the Philippines. Base from the statistic we are few here. Our last bloodline could be traced up to my grandfather's grandfather which i don't have an idea from what country he came from. Absolutely he is not a Filipino, because RECTRA doesn't sound as Filipino surname.
