Question:

I am trying to find Thomas Honeybun children,he was born about 1765 & died in Harrow Middlesex in 1838.?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: It is going to be hard to find his children coming from that direction - the usual way to trace ancestors is by going backwards!
Thomas died before the first census was taken, so you cannot check that. He died the year after civil registration was introduced and a lot of people took time to accept it, so not every death was registered in the first few years, but you might find a death certificate - who was the informant, was it one of his children?
The only other thing I can think of would be to see if he left a will naming his children as beneficiaries. Sadly, there is no one place to look for wills prior to 1858, so you will need to do a bit of digging. I suggest you try the Family History Society for Middx as someone there may know, or else the county record office for Middx.
