Can anyone give me the parents' names of William David Jeffrey?

He is my grandfather. He was born in blakely,wv I believe his birthdate is june 13,1897 or 1898. He married Effie May Dillard.

I found William David Jeffrey's WWI Draft card and it named his nearest relative as of August 24, 1918 as John Jeffrey. He was born June 13, 1897. His employer at that time was Bell Creek Lumber Company. He had Grey eyes and black hair.

I then found William David Jeffrey in the 1930 census married to Effie. He was 32 and a coal miner. They lived in Elk, Kanawha County, West Virginia. He was married to Effie M who was 25. The ages at their first marriages were 27 for William and 19 for Effie which would put their marriage date about 1922 or 23 depending on the month of their marriage in relation to the census. They had two children, John R who was 4 years and 5 months and Joe E who was 3 and a half. The fact that he had a son named John could be that he was named his son after his father. It definitely helps the case rather than hurts it if you know what I mean.

Also the fact that he wasn't married in 1917 and lists his nearest relative on his draft card as John Jeffrey tends to suggest that John was probably his father.
