Question:

Looking for vital stats on DANIEL Rogaski in Cleveland, Ohio.?

He married Estelle Glomb and they were divorced about 1935/36 in Cleveland. When, where did DANIEL die? Do any of his vital stat certificates show DANIEL's parents names?

(I was married 3-1/2 years to his son Donald Rogaski (Rondini). Doing genealogical research now for my sons from this marriage.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I checked on Rootsweb as well as Ancestry; I think I found your partial tree on Ancestry, but of course there is no information on Daniel. The nearest thing I found is a Dominic Rogaski, b. abt 1911; parents were John and Joshie Rogaski (b. abt 1871 and 1875, respectively) in Poland. Siblings were Stoney b. abt 1899 in PA, Lenora b. abt 1902 in PA, Violet b. abt 1904, John b. about 1905, Lewis b. abt 1907, Walter b. abt 1915, Andy b. abt 1916, Helen b. about 1917, and Olga b. abt 1918; all siblings except the first two were born in Ohio. Obviously this would mean there was a name change, but that wasn't terribly unusual. The above information was taken from the 1920 Census, Year: 1920;Census Place: Mount Pleasant, Jefferson, Ohio; Roll: T625_1401; Page: 3A; Enumeration District: 193; Image: 863.

You may, unfortunately, have to wait until the 1940 census comes out in 2010 to be able to find Daniel as a married individual.

You might also consider posting inquiries on Genforum in the appropriate surname categories, if you haven't already done so. It's a long shot, but you never know.

Good luck!
