Shooting in 1905?

hi am trying to find information on a shooting in Aston,Birmingham UK in 1905, i have gone through all the papers in the Birmingham Library Microfilm, with no luck,i think it was a murder but not 100% sure, but it was definately a shooting. any suggestions welcome. thank you.

thanks for help, im afraid i dont have any details on the person who was shot, the person who used the gun was Giovanni Farina, an italian who served a prison sentence and was then deported.
