Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: well, my kids call my hubby's mom "HoHo Nana" because she used to send them presents all the time when we lived across the country from her - Santa= HoHo. They call my mom "Nana Rae" because Rae is part of my mom's name. I call my grandma "Gram". My hubby used to call his grandma "Gamma" when he was a toddler.

An old boyfriend of mine called his grandmother "TuTu"... don't know why... it was wierd for me.
