Delores Taflinger/ Fay D. Amick b. 1910 marriage. Yes Fay is mans name. Grandmother asks us no contact help!?

I can't ask my grandmother for help, 1 year ago she sent a letter saying she didn't wish to be contacted (even though she hadn't seen me for years, and my father recently passed away, so please dont' suggest I contact her, because I can't)
Maybe you could help me with a big problem. I can't find proof that my grandmother Delores Taflinger was married to a Fay D. Amick b.1910 in Marysville, Indiana. BUT I know that I think two of their kids are Marilyn Joan Amick, and Mary Josephine Amick -2nd child) I'm wondering if you could help. I get Fays name, but her name isn't linked up with his. This is my big problem, proof. I'm hoping you can help. I can't get help from the familyh because we are not on speaking terms. (My grandmother hasn't seen me since I was three and now I'm almost 17) I really want to know about that side of the family and it's very hard to find it. Hoping you can help
