I am trying to trace a long lost relative believed to be residing somewhere in Sussex, poss Rye Hastings area?

His name is or was I believe Denis Ware-Haven. his address could have been as follows 'Miradot' or Mirador'. either Chappel Way or Charrel Way. Fairlight. East Sussex. TN38 4BP, please does anyone know of his where abouts as it seems he has been trying to locate me, a relation to my late father. I do know that as recently as last month March 2007, he was still alive, he would be in late 80 to early 90 years of age. He originally came from Peckham, London. I have done a postcode search but nothing showed up for TN38 4BP. please does anybody know of his where abouts or know of him.
