How do i find marriage records in Belgium?

I am Trying to find daniella tholene(maiden name) last address .kwakkelberk 119 2440 geel, belgium, cant find her married name, please help thanks

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: If you are looking for the record for genealogy purposes, then you write to the town hall in Geel and request the record. But if you are looking for a record in order to find someone's married name to make contact with her, then privacy laws will prevent that from happening. You can search for relatives at Infobel.be and see if you can track her down. But it's unlikely that you'll find any information on her marriage, either on the internet or through marriage records.

BTW, you might double check your spelling. There isn't a single person registered in Belgium with the surname "Tholene", but there are 28 with the spelling "Tholen". Also, it's very common in Belgium for women to hyphenate their surnames after marriage. So if you play with Infobel, you may well be able to find her.
