I haven't seen my half sister in about 40 years but I know she lives in Bremerton, Washington.?

After looking for her for about 15 years, I found her in Bremerton. I had contacted about a zillion places and people before finding her. I had her phone number but lost it. I want to know anything about her that I can. Can anyone help me? Her name is Kathy Bowen. Thanks
