I am trying to find a friend of mine. His name is Miles Wiggins (Edward M. Wiggins) He used to live in Walterboro, sc. He went to Forest Hills Elem in the 2nd grade, Forest Circle Middle and Collenron Middle in the 6th, 7th, and part of the 8th. and Collenton County High 9th, 10th, and some 11th.
