Anyone heard of Arthur Kelk, bandsman from Barnsley?

Anyone heard of Arthur Kelk, bandsman from Barnsley?

I'm trying to find out anything about a distant relative--Arthur Kelk. He apparantly wrote music for the theatre etc many years ago in Barnsley. No-one else in my family has any kind of musical talent but I somehow inherited a tiny part of the musical gene and have been playing with bands for 20+ years now. Any info would be welcomed

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I have just had a look through the records on ancestry.co.uk and I was quite surprised there was about four Arthur Kelk's listed, if you had just a birth date or a guesstimate would do, I could do a more in depth search for you, see if you can come up with a date and let me know, if you want me to look for him for you.
