I'm looking for a woman named Katy Medders. She'd be in her early 30's, a petite fireball of energy that you would not forget. Born in Mississippi, she lived in NYC, specifically Brooklyn, in the 1990's. Married a man named Josh Tate, moved to Cali, and I've lost track, but I heard they got divorced. She might have been in New Orleans during Katrina, but fled to Arkansas safely. I have tried internet searches and even paid search services, nothing comes up with a match, so please don't tell me about those options.
