Isn't it sometimes hard to tell an Italian from a Spaniard?

I am very very very very very very very very very very very times 100000 italian. lol. and my friends is very very very very very very very very very very very times 100000 spanish and people can't tell our nationallities apart. especially if you speak italian and spanish becuz alot of the words are the same and mean the same thing
