Familial Relationship Image Software?

I'm looking for some shareware that will allow me to compare the characteristics of a number of photos and give me a rough indicator of the number of (facial characteristic) matches, e.g. likelihood that the persons shown in the photos are related. This is for a home genealogy project I am working on.

I've found software which will do face recognition, but not comparisons. I've got a lot of old photos with unidentified persons in, who could be relatives and I want to make comparisons with identified persons. Hope you can help!
