Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The only place I can think of that isn't online is the public library. Depending on how far back you need to go, it'll be on microfilm

Possibly the records office in the Yuma will give you the info free but they might charge for the search--it really depends on their policy. And, if they are the same as where I live, you have to have a good reason for it.. Especially after 9/11.
