I can warn you away from the unreliable sites, though. Stay away from: House of Names Swyrich.com Surnames.com If a site is trying to sell you "things" with the name on it, particularly stories of the origins of the family and the beautiful "family crest", run far away. They have a vested interest in selling you things by twisting the truth to fit their products...not to give you the truth that you probably don't descend from any of the people they're talking about. |
