How to find my brother's father?

I am looking for my brother's father. I was told that his name is Helario Nunez. I was also told that he had a daughter named Belinda. My brother is 39 years old.
How can I go about finding him? My mother's name was Paulette Alexis, she is now deceased. If anyone has information, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Also, my guess is that the first name should be spelled "Hillario". I had never seen this name spelled with an "e". I find close to 90 hits using the 'Hilario' spelling of the given name and the surname. This info. is on Ancestry.com's Public Records Index, but it is a subscription site. There are NO hits using the spelling of "Helario".
