How can I find a prisoner list for Oranienburg concentration camp?

I know of someone who may have been in Oranienburg in 1933, but I cannot verify this. Is there any prisoner lists or anything left over where I may be able to access who was held in that camp? I am planning on visiting Germany in the next few months so I am open to searching archives over there (I am in Canada).
Also, this person was apparently in other concentration camps between 1933-1935, although I am unsure of which ones, so if anyone has any ideas as to where to check for that info, it would be greatly appreciated.
