Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: you need to apply to the General Registry Office, you can pay by credit card or cheque with a guarantee card. To order on line it is cheaper if you have the volume and page numbers, these are included on all indices, relevant to the UK. The price to order on line is I think ⣱0:00 and without the volume and page numbers it's ⣱3:50?, It's been a long time since I ordered a certificate. Hope this helps.
