Trying to locate Sarah Birge.?

I have a black & white photograph of her taken when she was about 14 years of age, around 1890, in a Doctor Barnardo's Home (orphanage) in U.K. Does anyone know how I can find out what happened to her? I was an orphan myself and feel such empathy and sorrow for Sarah Birge. She looks so desperate and resolute in her photo.
