English is not the first language for some people asking questions. Everyone needs to be courteous when responding to their questions.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I do. There is a difference between people whose first language is not English and teens in the USA who don't pay attention in school, though. The students I had in the Peace Corps spoke at least two languages besides English; some spoke five. (Malay, Iban, Hokkien, Mandarin and English, for instance.) They knew how to capitalize.
