Columbusmetropolitianlibr... I'm suppose to be able to access this with my library card .

I am working on my geneology and a lady from the church of latter day saints said I could access the library with my card into heritagequest but I cannot find it or get through to it for some reason.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: First answer is not accurate. There are libraries, beginning to act as "gateways" to other services such as heritage quest. The library pays for the subscription, and if you have a valid card for THAT library, it will allow you to log in from home. I have to assume that you live near the columbus library or have THEIR card.

this is their main page, along with a number to call and ask in person what you need to do. They should give you the specifics.. and it is not impossible that they have server problems.
Some libraries in the Dallas area are starting to offer this, sadly, not my local branch.
