Trying to find out about my gi father james earnest stuart from new hampshire usa and to trace his relatives?

i have managed to find out after years of searching that he died in the veterans medical center in boston mass on 31 december 1983 and his social security number was 002-26-7847,but i dont know what he died of and i know he had a brother so maybe i have relatives who could answer questions for me about my dad.

( i can't believe I'm researching someone from Rochester, I'm in Nebraska but raised in Farmington NH). If you believe or know he was from Strafford county, you can go to the Dover library and check Fosters daily Democrat newspaper archives for his obit, and get all his family info. unless your like me and do not live in the area.
