Please help, I need to find my 2 british cousins and I don??t know what to do?

My female cousin had moved and was living in Spain dec 2005, I have sent a letter to the last address that I had for her but it hasn??t been signed for so I presume she has moved, oh and I??m not sure what her last name is now, I have a choice of 3 that it could be cos she married a couple of times. she has 3 children in their twenties, 2 of whom are in the army and 1 in the uk but again I don??t know what their last name is

then there is her brother, my other cousin who I am guessing is somewhere in the uk, if I find 1 I will find the other

any ideas how to start, I do have their date of births and that??s about it
