Are there any decendents of Arthur(Artie)Moreno who was raised in East Los Angel

Are there any decendents of Arthur(Artie)Moreno who was raised in East Los Angeles in the 30's and 40's??

He would be or would have been around his early 80"s. His family lived on Bonnie Brae or Bonnie Beach street.He served in World War 11

USUALLY I can get a hook on someone from the social security death index. I ran Arthur Moreno, and come up with 11 of them who died in Calif. 1 died in Merced; the other 10 in Southern Calif. I also ruled out the one born in 1949, and in 1939, and 1894. That leaves 7 of them... and it becomes a toss up at this point. (and I am not forgetting that he might have been Arturo Moreno.. ran that, 4 of those, but all dates don't work).
So.. further clues necessary. In many places, you might check land records to see if or when he owned a house... but Los Angeles county, that would be a nightmare.
Unless you can pull a further lead (names of children, wife, siblings?), I admit defeat on this one.
