I'm looking for my brother. Sultan is a nickname. Torres is his last name. Whomever knows him will have to give me more details. He's 42yrs old. Lived in New Jersey (grew up there). Latino. I've been looking for him for 15years and need to know if he is alive. He doesn't have to give me his information if he doesn't want to. But here is the message: Su, Pop and Mom are getting older.
