Origin of Punjabi people?

Origin of Punjabi people?

so i heard punjabi people are originally 3 or 4 different cultures mixed together.. something like persian & caucasian & middle eastern.. is this true..? and what other cultures are mixed in?

Yes, it's true and I think some turkish as well..
(though mainly indo-aryan)
