My g-grandfather was from Bahamas which used to be a British colony, and my g-grandmother was born in FL but her parents were British. So that makes my grandmother (their daughter) full blooded English also - she was born in FL. So that makes my mother half English - she's born in FL (my grandfather had an Irish surname but he's also American)? And what does that make me? half English? A quarter English?
