I am researching a part of my family that immigrated to San Francisco, CA from DeCazeville, Aveyron, France?

The family arrived on September 29, 1903. I have exhausted all census records, military records, and U.S. vital records on this family and am ready to move on to resources in France. I have tried posting on message boards on Rootsweb and genforum. I tried to find resources on Decazeville in the Family History Library Catalog on familysearch.org, but didn't find anything. I am fresh out of ideas. Are there any French sites that can help? I don't speak French so there is a language barrier to overcome for me. Thank you for your help.
