I am looking for information on Dorothy tippett and William Blackwell...I would like to know a little about them..they are family of mine

I have looked in all those places...there is very little information on these people. Dorothy is my mother-in-law. Tippett is her maiden name. I am trying to find information on her mothers family and have been in Ancestory.com and other sites to look in other places and ahve found no information on them.

No one knows anything about her family or anything about where to look. They also could be from Tennessee
