Trying to find info on James Mills born 1907 for my family tree married lilian M

Question:

Trying to find info on James Mills born 1907 for my family tree married lilian M Green in 1935 brighton.?

I have been stuck on this line forever, i dont know the place of birth so cannot order a birth certificate,his father was Wilfred Mills (steel worker) James lived at 2 Ashton street brighton in 1935 then he moved to catterick village yorkshire early 1940's but then moved away james died undiagnosed of huntingtons disease middle aged which either his father or mother would have had also, i'm told he died in an asylum (no idea where) he had a son Laurence 1940-1990 a daughter Barbara (my nan) 1936-1994 and a son living. Have tried every mills genaology forum, genes reunited, ancestry etc would be great if anyone could help, thankyou.
