I am adopted?

My mothers name was Jane (Jinny ) Beck of Maryport,Cumbria.I was born when my mother was single in Maryport,she later met and married my Adopted father John Ritson of Dearham.
I am trying to find and locate any information of my natural father.I was born 31-12-1936 my name is William Ritson formaly William (Billy Beck).My mother is now deceased as is my only brother Colin Ritson.
