Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I had the privilege of first seeing them perform at the Palace de Bellas Artes on Easter Sunday, 1979. We were on our high school Spanish club trip and it was the most amazing night.

They are still performing at Bellas Artes and it's really a tribute to her that the troupe has such a sustained following.
