Is it possible to contact ancestry.com?

ancestry.com debited my account for the subscription but tells me i have an invalid user name and password

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: http://www.ancestry.com/ Go here and at the very bottom right of the page in small print is "contact us". If you click this it will bring up a form for you to fill in and mail back to them. I have used this and it seems to work quite well.
