Question:

For a child to be a junior, do the entire name have to be the same as the father or mother,first,middle,last....

For instance, Darren Ray Moore, had a son, if he name his son Darren Roy Moore can junior be added to the end?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The law doesn't scrutinize the birth certificate for the middle names of Jrs. I've even seen babies whose first name IS Junior. Whatever you put on the name line of the birth record, and as long as the baby carries a surname of either parent, it will be accepted by the County on behalf of the State and filed accordingly.
